Refund Policy

At Dermyra Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging every order, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, we're here to help.

Because our products are personal care items, we can only accept returns under specific conditions to ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or leaking.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The package was opened or tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Processing Time

  • We review return and refund requests within 2 business days of receiving your photos and order details.
  • Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Card payments: the amount is returned to the original payment method and may take a further 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet to the account details you provide, normally within 7 business days of approval.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation.
  • Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the parcel at the door, or request a return under the conditions above once it is delivered.
  • If you have already paid online and cancel before dispatch, the full amount, including shipping, is refunded within 7 to 10 business days.
  • We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is incomplete, or we are unable to reach you to confirm the order. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.
